The online nuclear engineering master’s degree is designed for working professionals with a background in engineering and some nuclear engineering training. Navy personnel who have nuclear engineering post-graduate training through the Nuclear Power School or the Navy’s Bettis Reactor Engineers School (BRES) may apply up to 3 credits from their Nuclear Power School training or up to 12 credits from their BRES training.

Designed for working professionals, this online master’s degree is offered 100% online but does require a trip to the Manhattan, Kansas, campus for an oral examination at the end of the program.
