The intercultural competence undergraduate certificate will provide you with a strong multicultural socio-historical understanding and behavioral foundations that will enable you to effectively connect and interact productively with a variety of sectors within the workforce. The program will expand your understandings about difference (racial/ethnic, economic class, gender, ability, sexuality) and enable you to design and implement cultural competence training within varied social institutions.
This online program explores how to change the conditions that foster violence; how to resolve conflict rather than bullying, abusing power, war or violence; and ways to learn how to change the world, the environment, your relationships and yourself for the better.
