The Food and Feed Manufacturing AAS degree program is designed to equip you with the practical skills and technical expertise needed to excel in the rapidly advancing grain, food, and feed industries. The curriculum is designed to prepare you for entry-level or supervisory positions through coursework that provides a solid technical and applied science foundation for ingredient utilization, equipment maintenance, facility operations, and employee and food/feed safety. You may meet the requirements for this hybrid degree either in-person or online along with three separate 1-week hands-on learning experiences through on-campus labs or lab practicums tailored to job sites.
