Master Conflict Resolution: Graduate Certificate Online

All students are required to meet the general university admission requirements.

The conflict resolution certificate provides skills and applications for resolving conflicts in fields such as:

• social services
• business
• political science
• psychology
• women’s advocacy
• criminal justice
• communication

Conflict Resolution Graduate Certificate

If you are interested in completing this program but don’t need the academic credit, you may take the same courses for a professional certificate in conflict resolution. The following courses are available for this noncredit option:

• CNRES 751 - Conflict Resolution: Core Skills and Strategies
• CNRES 752 - Culture and Conflict
• CNRES 754 - Organizational Conflict
• CNRES 755 - Family Mediation OR
  CNRES 759 - Foundations of Trauma and Traumatic Stress OR
  Other conflict resolution course as approved by the program director

The courses are available online and range in length from eight to 16 weeks. Each course will take place at the same time and follow the same pacing as the for-credit option, allowing you to participate in the live Zoom sessions or watch the recordings at a later time. This format makes the learning accessible while providing opportunities for interaction and consultation with professors.

The fee for noncredit participants is $250 per course. Optional continuing education hours are available for an additional fee. University admission is not required for noncredit course participation.
