The need for leaders within our nation’s school system remains constant, and K-State is committed to recruiting students from diverse backgrounds and preparing school leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities they will be presented as they lead schools in the future. The online master’s degree in educational leadership includes synchronous and asynchronous elements in a 36-credit professional degree that satisfies the Kansas building-level (principal) license requirements. With newly designed courses that take a broad view of leadership beyond the traditional training of school administrators, this program provides you with the skills you’ll need to make this important career transition.
