Educational Leadership Master's Program
Educational Leadership Master's Degree
Gain the knowledge and skills needed to assume a significant leadership role in preschool and PK-12 school settings.
The need for leaders within our nation’s school system remains constant. K-State is committed to preparing school leaders who understand the challenges and opportunities they will face as they lead schools in the future.
The 30-credit online master’s degree in educational leadership is offered in two delivery models to fit your schedule and your timeline. Both programs satisfy the Kansas building-level (principal) license requirements.
The traditional online program includes synchronous and asynchronous class sessions and assignments.
The new self-paced asynchronous online program enables students to progress at their own pace through the courses, utilizing their prior experience and knowledge to demonstrate mastery of competencies.
With newly designed courses that take a broad view of leadership beyond the traditional training of school administrators, this program provides you with the skills you’ll need to make this important career transition.
