In the online youth development master’s degree, you’ll learn from leading educators and researchers, providing you with the skills you’ll need to enter a career in youth development. Upon completion of the program, you will have an understanding of the development and impact of local, regional, state, federal and global policies on youth and be able to advocate through policy development for optimal youth outcomes. You will also develop skills in problem-solving regarding funding sources, boards, other agencies, families and other professionals.
