Your application must include the following:

• Statement of objectives, three to four paragraphs in length, that includes your academic objectives with specific reasons for the selection of your field of study, contemplated research areas and professional plans.
• Name and email address for three professional and/or academic references.

• Fall semester (begins in late August): Aug. 1
• Spring semester (begins in late January): Jan. 1
• Summer semester (begins in late May): May 1
