K-State offers a full slate of online degrees in personal financial planning, from the undergraduate level all the way up to a doctorate. Each of our programs are CFP® Board-registered, meaning graduates are eligible to sit for the CFP® examination. The skills taught in these programs are in high demand in the job market, with careers in financial planning, financial counseling, banking and wealth management, among many others.

The online financial therapy graduate certificate explores the interplay among psychology, relationships and money while developing practical techniques for working with clients and helping them manage their finances.
Kansas Insurance Certificate
The undergraduate Kansas insurance certificate was created to help students gain the skills necessary for a successful career in the insurance industry. Topics include health, life, property and casualty insurance, annuities and insurance-related employee benefits. Additionally, the courses required apply directly to the core coursework of the personal financial planning bachelor’s degree, also available completely online.
