Build human resource skills

Today’s professionals are tasked to be experts in the combination of human behavior, federal and state laws, and organizational policies. This terminal, professional degree was designed specifically for those individuals and will provide exceptional career opportunities in fields such as:

  • human resources
  • job training
  • job analysis and validation
  • testing evaluation
  • staffing and hiring
  • consulting

Throughout the program, you will develop a portfolio of skills that can be immediately applied to on-the-job decisions, as well as the ability to approach organizational problems from a systematic, scientific perspective.

Program format

This program follows a cohort model and starts during the summer semester. During your first and second summers in the program, you will complete a two-week, on-campus workshop/session in addition to online coursework.
